The salon specializes in contemporary realism with a focus on the human experience: art that captures emotions, tells stories, and celebrates the beauty of human connection. While not exclusively, its collection emphasizes representational works that speak to the heart.

As a nonprofit initiative of the Conru Art Foundation, the salon's primary mission is to foster a vibrant arts community. One way it does this is by operating on a unique, philanthropic principle: it takes zero commission on art sales. This is its way of saying "thank you" to the artists who participate in the salon.
